My wife and I bought a used 2007 Sea Ray 240 Sundeck from Northern leasure marine. Gary is a consumate proffesional as well as all the staff. Service is great and at a fair price too. The boat is immaculate and we are having the most enjoyable time cruising the trent severn water way.
Excellent communication. Work was done in the timeline that was promised. When there was an issue with the work it was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Would go back in a second.
I can't say enough good things about our experience with Garry and the Northern Leisure staff. We bought a 2007 Regal bowrider from them and even though things don't always go to plan, Garry and the staff jumped to helping us immediately when we needed them. Staff were always polite and returned my calls. Service techs were made available to help us same day and Garry was great with communication and keeping me updated. Nobody can promise you a perfect experience, but it's the way they conduct themselves and help you when in need that really matters. They are very nice, helpful, knowledgeable people and I'm happy to have them on our side as we achieved my 30 year long dream of boating again.
I brought in our jet ski because it wouldn't turn over even with a new battery. Alex had a look and found a loose wire that he secured and it worked again. He sent me on way with a hand shake! What amazing service. With 2 jet skis and a fishing boat, I know where we will get any service work done in the future. Thank you!!

Swamped my motors and was a week longer then they originally told me. They said motor was running great. Took boat home and It left me stranded on lake and my fuel tank was full of debris. My old motor ran fine when I dropped it off. I’ll never go back
